Viducon's Panopto workshops
At Viducon, we have been working with Panopto for more than 10 years and have trained several Panopto experts who hold workshops for administrators and end users. Our workshops focus on what Panopto is and how Panopto works as an all-in-one video platform where you can record, edit, and publish videos in an online on-demand video library.
We offer two different workshops, which are tailored to your specific needs.

End-user workshops
End-user workshops include the following, where our consultants are flexible to facilitate your specific needs:
1) Brief introduction to Panopto and its many user scenarios.
2) How to make recordings with Panopto's unique recorder and how to upload external videos.
3) How to edit videos with Panopto's built-in editing program, which includes a cutting tool, adding tables of contents, creating quizzes, and much more.
4) How to share videos, where our consultants will review the various options.
5) Overview of Panopto's mobile app.
6) Overview of Panopto's AI text-to-video platform Elai.

Price: DKK 5,000 excl. VAT and travel expenses
Price per additional hour: DKK 1,500 excl. VAT.
Administrator workshops
Administrator workshops include the following, where our consultants are flexible to facilitate your specific needs:
1) Brief introduction to Panopto.
2) Review of Panopto's Video Content Management System (VCMS) and explanation of how Panopto is structured.
3) How to create a folder structure in Panopto.
4) How to add users and user groups.
5) Display of usage statistics.
6) Integration options.
7) Advanced settings.
8) Overview of Panopto's AI text-to-video platform Elai.

Price: DKK 5,000 excl. VAT and travel expenses
Price per additional hour: DKK 1,500 excl. VAT.
